High Yield Performing Real Estate Note Purchases

We acquire performing and modified/reperforming commercial real estate loans across all property types, targeting strong risk-adjusted returns with downside protection.

Geography: Anywhere in the US Nationwide loan acquisition program
Loan Size: $3M – $200M Whole Loan In portfolio: $500K minimum
LTV: 65% or Less Yield to Maturity greater than 9%
Debt Yield: 100-200 bps Wide of Market Cap Rates Depending on risk profile

Performing loans required. Open to modified and reperforming loans with demonstrated payment history.
